"Brian was great to work with. He assisted our organization in clarifying our fund development goals and assisted us in creating a tactical plan that will support our achievement."

Cassidi Jobe

Co-Founder & Executive Director

We are a small arts organization without a development team. Our board recognized the importance of investing in a fundraising consultant to help increase our fundraising. We hired Dandelion Consulting to implement and execute on fundraising strategies that will raise awareness of our work and create sustainable fundraising streams. We recently changed our corporate sponsorship model and in the process of creating a Development Committee with the help of Dandelion Consulting. Currently, we're in the execution phase of that work. I’m confident that with these new strategies we'll begin to see better donor retention rates and increased awareness of our work.

Sarah VanLanduyt,

Executive Director

Janelle Porter

Past Chair, Hillcrest Hope

"Brian and I worked together in the roles of Board Chair and Executive Director for a small non-profit organization.

Brian came into the organization at a time of transition and was instrumental in the development and acquisition of new major donors. This allowed the organization to grow and stabilize the budget which allowed for all services and programming to continue during and after the pandemic.

Brian’s work ensured that no staff went without work or pay and that a small organization survived in a very difficult time. This could not have happened without the vision and leadership of Brian as the Executive Director."

Dan Toughey

Founder, T-Serve Foundation

"Brian can quickly see the big picture and then drill down into the details to make
it happen.

We recently worked closely with him to design a unique giving program and found him to be both pleasant and effective at doing so. He brings to the table excellent communication and collaboration skills leading to successful outcomes.

I would highly recommend him for projects of strategic importance."

Christal Stinson

former VP of Major Gifts,

United Way of Metro Chicago

"Brian truly understands the importance of genuine relationships built on trust, accountability and communication. This enabled him to successfully lead two of the largest philanthropic partnerships in his role
at United Way-both exceeding  goals
of over $1M.

With a deliberate and strategic approach, he effortlessly navigates complex and nuanced projects to successful outcomes."
